At Satisfi.Me, we ship your pleasures with care, speed, and discretion—straight from New Zealand to your doorstep.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🇳🇿 Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

  • Rural Delivery: May take an additional 1–2 days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping on NZ orders over $75 NZD.

🌏 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon arrival.

📦 Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes—no logos, no branding—so the outside stays completely discreet.

Inside the box, products are packed securely but not individually wrapped by default.
If you’d like your items wrapped for extra discretion, just let us know in the delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll take care of it—no questions asked.

📍 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, please reach out to the courier first. While we’re not liable for packages lost after delivery, we’ll always do our best to help.
